Few word about Modular Refinery :

 

Modular refinery can be built in 6,000 bpd modules

Initial capacity will be 6,000 bpd with anticipated growth to 120,000 bpd (Can be bigger)

Modular systems are currently operational World Wide

Due to modular capacity, commissioning can begin within 10 months.

Modular oil refinery will be delivered in 5 modular tranches.Input & Output  -120,000 bpd

Annual crude processing of 36 million barrels

 

Output per annual

Low Sulphur diesel          11.1 million barrels

Gasoline                             6.9 million barrels

Heavy Fuel Oil                  13.3 million barrels

TPE                                      2.9 million barrels

 

Sales Products can be refined: 

Low Sulphur Diesel – Used in car and commercial diesel engines, diesel generators, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, ship bunkerage.

High Grade Naphtha – Used in the production of gasoline, an additive in industrial solvents and cleaning fluids and a fuel for heating, lighting and Cooking.

Heavy Fuel Oil – Used to run power stations. The processed HFO from the modular Refinery provides a 30% greater efficiency and similar percentage reductions in green house emissions than ordinary fuel oils and ship bunkerage.

TPE – Used in the automotive sector, where its uses range from car interiors, car side protection, bumper bars, bushes and door mirrors, other Applications include, household appliances, hand-held telephones casings, pens, reusable razors, and other “soft plastic” applications.
