Biography

Ioannis Michalaki is a highly accomplished and versatile Lawyer – Legal Consultant, with a wealth of experience in Property, Immigration, Relocation, Corporate and Commercial law. He has advised public and private companies on a range of matters, including any Property related matter, joint ventures, shareholder disputes, banking and taxation, corporate reorganizations, insurance, Forex and Funds consulting and establishing new CySEC entities. In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Michalaki has a strong background in business and finance, with a Master’s in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology, USA.

Mr. Michalaki has a diverse educational background, including a Masters Degree from New York Institute of Technology, Manhattan, New York, a Bachelor in Law from European University (Cyprus), a Degree in Real Estate Appraisals from American School of Business (New Jersey, USA), a Diploma in Surveying from College of Estate Management (United Kingdom), and a Bachelor in Military Studies from Military Academy of Greece (Greece). He has also earned a Diploma in Real Estate from Cyprus International Institute of Management (Cyprus).

Mr. Michalaki is a member of several professional organizations, including the Cyprus Bar Association, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Cyprus Certified Mediators (under Law 159 (I) 2012), the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK), the Limassol Chamber of Commerce, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce, the Cyprus Real Estate Agents Registration Council, and the Cyprus Association of Valuers and Property Consultants.

He is also the Past President of Rotary Club of Limassol Courion for the years 2018-2019.
